We want every visit to be smooth and comfortable. Here is everything you need to know before your session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will find you another time that works. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee, and no-shows are charged in full.

To reschedule or cancel, contact us directly or use the link in your booking confirmation email.
Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy through Mangomint, our scheduling platform. The responsibility for keeping your appointment is always with you.

Package Expiration

Session packages are valid for a set period from the date of purchase. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Use your sessions within the window and they are yours to enjoy.

  • 5 Sessions: 2 months
  • 10 Sessions: 4 months
  • 20 Sessions: 6 months
  • 40 Sessions: 12 months

Health and Safety

Your safety matters to us. All clients complete a consent form and health profile prior to
treatment. These forms help us understand your health history and ensure the chamber is right for you.

What to Wear and Bring

Wear comfortable clothing you do not mind sitting in for an hour, and leave behind items with strong scents. If you are not sure about something, just ask when you arrive.

Arrival

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first session. This gives us time to walk you through paperwork, answer questions, and show you around the chamber. You will feel prepared and ready when it is time to begin.

For follow-up sessions, arrive a few minutes early so we can get you started on time.

Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal contact information or health details to any third party. The information you provide during intake and booking is used solely to deliver your care and manage your sessions.

We use a small number of industry-standard tools to operate Hyperbaric House and maintain a quality experience. These include Mangomint for scheduling and client records, along with standard platforms for website analytics, payment processing, and email communications. Each provider we work with maintains their own security and privacy standards, and we select tools that align with responsible data handling practices.

What we collect: name, contact information, health intake forms, and session history. This information is stored securely within our operational platforms and is only accessed by our team for the purpose of your care.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not share your health details with anyone outside of Hyperbaric House unless required by law. If you ever want to know what information we have on file or wish to request its removal, just reach out to us.
